The Giottos Rocket Air Blower is made from a silica gel, it is very powerful and refills quickly.
The Rocket Air has an air valve to prevent it from breathing in dust and blows out a powerful stream of air to blow dust away, to make cleaning lenses, cameras, filters a breeze.
- It stands upon its own and can be set on its side upon a table without rolling around

Giotto Rocket Air Blowers have earned a pretty good reputation and now I know why. Simply put, this air blower does the job. I initially ordered it to use on photography equipment and found that it does a great job of blowing off dust from lenses and equipment. I couldn't resist trying it out on my abused laptop keyboard, and it did a very good job of removing accumulated dust and debris.
The Rocket Air Blower is well made and looks as though it will hold up for a long time. The large 71/2 inch blower may be a bit large for carrying out in the field, but it certainly has its place for use at home or in a studio. I will probably order a medium size unit for carrying around on hikes and when playing "tourist".
I haven't seen any other blower that would be better, so the Giotto Rocket Air Blower gets my 5 star rating!

This is a must have and does the job - gets dust off the lens and the sensor. This product works for me far better than those cheap small round blowers I had before. I is a bit bulky for storage on trips. I use it also for dust on laptops etc.

I never thought that much about a blower but this one is well made and has nice features. As the Rocket Air Blower pushes air out the tip... fresh air will be pulled in from the back end of the rocket. So one is less likely to blow the same dust back on the sensor or lens glass.

Blows ample amount of pressurized air. Took out all the fibres seen through the view finder. Rubber material seemed durable. Has a valve that prevents in-flow of air from the nozzle. Can be used on a various devices from cameras to keyboards. Although the large blower is pretty bulky, I purchased it because it should hold and blow more air.

It blows the dust away :) I was expecting it to be bigger after reading the reviews but it actually fits perfectly in a medium hand. Very rubbery. I was expected also a more powerful air flow but it's OK after all. A must I'd say for any camera user to clean the lenses. The only way to properly remove the dust. I recommend!

An air blower is a simple thing so you would think that they are all alike. But some manufacturers manage to fail the challenge of making a good one. Giottos succeeds. This is made of high-quality rubber that should last a long time. And the price is very reasonable. As for size, I say go big or don't come crying to me. You can take the orange tube off if it's too long to store in your bag.
