Comments about SC-15 Coiled Sync Cord - PC Male to PC Male with Nikon Screw Locks:
Essentially this male to male pc cord just does everything you could hope for; it connects your old gear to your new. Not only does it do what it was designed for, but it's extremely flexible with it's coiled cord for distance and security. It's a great product, and I'd come back to buy it again!

Comments about SC-15 Coiled Sync Cord - PC Male to PC Male with Nikon Screw Locks:
The SC-15 allows me to use my non-digital SB-22 flash with my D200. I was not able to use my SB-22 flash in over three years. And it is so nice to have my flash back again. My primary use is for backlighting during studio portrait sessions.
High quality construction, secure fittings which will provide me many years of dependable service.
I am so much a Nikon fan and loyal user I honestly can not find anything negative about my SC-15.

Comments about SC-15 Coiled Sync Cord - PC Male to PC Male with Nikon Screw Locks:
Bought this to use a Nikon SB-800 with a Hasselblad 503 CWD which required having duel male pc connections: One to the pc on the flash, the other on the lens. Works good. Only one complaint: the pins on the cord are not perfectly straight, but slightly bent. Don't know if all the SC-15 cords are like that. Fortunately with a little finesse they plug in o.k., and the lock mechanism does work on the Nikon flash-but not the on the Hasselblad lenses, though it has stayed plugged in while shooting. Overall a decent product, and it saved me having to purchase a dedicated flash for the Hasselblad. This type of cable is hard to find and I was really glad Nikon made one.

Comments about SC-15 Coiled Sync Cord - PC Male to PC Male with Nikon Screw Locks:
I love the fact that it is a screw lock connection. I use mine to hook a Nikon SB-800 into a Quantum Radio Slave 4i. I am now trying to figure out how to hook up a set of Photogenic Studiomaster II lights to the Quantum Radio Slave 4i--- I know it can be done!!!! I am just going to probably waste a few cords figuring out how to do it... but when I am done I will have three sending units and eight flash units being fired by eight receivers.
I love the mix of Vintage and Brand new gear-- using 40 year old lights, in my 40 year old car-- shooting brand new cameras with some of the best results!!!
I hope I win $250!!!

I bought this cord to attache to my D300 since I was syncing on strobe. When you use other cables the slip off. The screw on really is an advantage.
