The Celestron Motor Drive for AstroMaster Telescopes has a variable speed motor, which can accurately track celestial objects. This single axis drive works on equatorial mounts and allows you to maintain total control over your scope whether automatically or manually. Hemisphere control (north/south) is controlled by a switch. Depending on weather conditions, the 9V batteries will last up to 40 hours.
