The TVone AVT-3190 is a scan conversion device that inputs a computer generated video signal up to 1600x1200. It outputs a standard resolution component, composite and Y/C signal in NTSC or PAL television standard. It works very well for computer generated presentations.
Flicker Filter
The flicker filter works to eliminate interlace flicker without resolution loss.
Zoom Feature
The zoom function allows a portion of the image to be enlarged to fill the video screen.
Pan Feature
The pan feature allows the user to move any zoomed image to a different area of the screen.
Freeze
A frame of the moving image can be captured and frozen for special effects or image manipulation.
Multiple Television Standard
This unit can switch to output NTSC or PAL television signals.
On Screen Display
An OSD is offered to give information to the user using a remote control.
HDTV
HDTV input is supported by 3 wire or HD-15 connections.
Aspect Ratio
Aspect ratio adjustment allows the user to adjust to the correct aspect ratio of choice.
