• High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI): This unit features an HDMI Version 1.3 output, capable of upconverting video signals to 720p, or 1080i/1080p. This technology enables this player to carry the HD audio and video information through a single cable and achieving the highest quality picture and clearest sound available.

• AQUOS LINK Function: AQUOS LINK Function enables all compatible AQUOS components (i.e., Sharp AQUOS TVs) in the system to communicate with each other. Enjoy the ability to control multiple HDMI components with a single remote control.

• Multi-Format Versatility: It plays: Blu-ray Discs BD-ROM, BD-R (Ver. 1.1 1L), BD-RE (Ver. 2.1 1L), DVD, DVD+R/W, DVD-R/W, CD, CD-DA, CD-R/W, and JPEG. Also, the player is backward-compatible, enabling playback of all your favorite DVDs in HD resolution.
