Comments about Westcott Ice Light Tungsten Gel:

Product is extrememly fragile. It cracked almost as soon as I put it on the ice light. Four open slots allow light to escape around the tungsten gel mixing the colors.

Comments about Westcott Ice Light Tungsten Gel:

Yes, it is expensive, and yes it is worth every penny.

Highest of quality and definitely bright enough. Unless you're trying to light a group with this (which would be silly to expect), this works great. One to three people is where it shines!

SO much more usable than the 1'X1's in my case. Easier to use, to light with, and much more "travel-able"...

Better Than Cutting Piece of Gel

Comments about Westcott Ice Light Tungsten Gel:

Slides into the top of the ice light, but then the bottom needs to be attached with a strap or the filter clips included with the ice light. It was very snug the first time I put it on the ice light; thought I broke it when I pulled it out. It is certainly better and easier to attach than fumbling with gels. Doesn't interfere with putting ice light in carrying case. Color temperature seems fairly accurate, but the filter does cut the light output a bunch.

Comments about Westcott Ice Light Tungsten Gel:

Still working with the installation, but I cannot get the gel to "snap" into my ice light. Still in communication with Wescott to see what's up. It seems pretty straight forward, but so far...nada.
