Built-in 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi on the 2.4GHz band enables you to instantly send photos and videos from your SDHC-enabled camera to your Apple or Android smartphone or tablet--without the need for a wireless network. This makes it quicker and easier for you to share your images via email, text or social media sites. The wireless range is 45' indoors and 90' outdoors.

Simply install the free Eye-Fi app--available from the Apple App Store, Google Play or Amazon's Kindle Fire app store--on your mobile device, enter the 10-digit activation code located on the back of the Mobi card case, and you're good to go. Once paired with your smart device, the card transfers images and videos whenever new content is detected by your device. The wireless network created by your Mobi card offers WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK and WEP 64/128 encryption for security. Additionally, once the transfer is complete, the card disconnects its Wi-Fi to conserve your battery life. Advanced power management also optimizes battery use.

Great to check focus and more detail on larger screen of your mobile device. If your camera is set to RAW, change to RAW+JPG. I use 2MB size JPG files and these go through in 2-3 sec. each to my iDevice.

Steps: take a picture; connect with card's own hot-spot; enable transfers of new pictures on mobile device (iOS or Android). HotSpot 'expires' soon after transfer is done and no new shots are taken. Wireless tablet/phone will go back to next available source of Wi-Fi signal.

Pros: Works with Eye-Fi supporting devices (cameras), where it has to be 'enabled'.

Cons: Do not expect to quickly transfer 20MB JPG files. It transfers only files with JPG extension. Does it work in Eye-Fi 'not aware' cameras? Indoors, In presence of other wireless access point(s) the range is quite short.

I wish it would come with SD to microSD flexible/flat cable adapter, to use it in microSD only devices. Such adapter is very hard to find.

I recently purchased the Eye-Fi 32GB card. It was a little tricky to figure out at first because there is a custom tweak required in the Canon camera menu. One that was done, the card worked wonderfully with my iPhone 5.

My big disappointment is that using the card for traditional image ingest via PhotoMechanic is BRUTALLY slow. It literally took four hours to ingest 100 images into my laptop from this card.

That means I have to know before I begin shooting whether I'm going to want to only transfer a few pictures to my phone for fast transmission or if I'm going to shoot onto a card and then ingest normally via a card reader. That is a considerable drawback.

Comments about Eye-Fi 32GB SDHC Mobi Wireless Class 10 Memory Card:

I bought this because SDHC was no longer ejecting properly. I prefer small cards (8GB) and transferred files often which probably contributed to wear.
This device is a great alternative to the repair estimate. I needed something that did not require ejecting the card and this was it. Setup was easy and the backup to the "cloud" and android devices is great. It doesn't transmit RAW files but I can live with that if it is less complicated than the "PRO" version.

I was a version 1.0 Eye-Fi card user from way back and was a way for a while. After purchasing a Nikon D800, I decided to give the new Eye-Fi products a try once again. The Mobi card is very nice. I wish it would transfer RAW files like one of the other Eye-Fi products. But all in all it is a great product for the money.

All DSLR should come standard with this device. For example. You are traveling to NYC with Wife and Kid. You are at BH and want to shoot a nice pic to show your family back in South America. Can you use your DSLR or you should stick with that crummy camera phone? Now you can take that shallow (depth of field...) pic with the new Nikkor 1.4 lens and send instantaneously with your KitKat Phone... Sweet.

Love having this around when I'm shooting pics and away from my computer. I always have people asking me if I can send them this photo or that photo. By the time I get home and download my photos, I always forget the requests. Now I can send pics to my phone and get them to the person almost as soon as I shoot them.
The ONLY reason this isn't 5 stars is because I wish it previewed photos and allowed you to select only the ones you want to send to your phone, instead of all of the photos on the card. (That may exist, and I may not have figured it out yet.)
                      Overall, highly recommended!

I have always taken better photographs with a SLR camera than with a cellphone or point and shoot. The problem is we live in a wireless world and waiting to get home to download your photos to your computer, especially when on vacation, is a hassle.
My Eye-Fi card lets me download jpegs to my iPad at the end of every shooting session. I have a much larger screen to review the quality of the shots, and I can do basic editing. I can then instantly share my shots with family and friends via text or email.
Finally I have a wireless camera without having to buy a new one.
I really haven't found anything I don't like so far. I'm not worried about battery life. I haven't noticed much difference.

                      So many possibilities!!!

Comments about Eye-Fi 32GB SDHC Mobi Wireless Class 10 Memory Card:

I use this card for my canon 60d and my iPad with os7. The card was easy to setup on my iPad after I uninstalled my magic lantern firmware. In the studio, I am able to tether my images to my laptop into Lightroom while my client can preview their images on one of my iPads. The images that are sent to the iPad are medium JPEG files (for fast uploading and to save space) and I still have only RAW images sent to my laptop. I also shoot night clubs which this is great for. I can now show people the images I took instantly and tag them on the spot when I upload them to facebook.

The WiFi software and their app needs some help. The app is really basic, but you are able to upload the images from the app. You do not have the ability to upload the images with a watermark. To do this or to edit the images, or to upload a batch of images you will need additional apps. After the success with my iPad, I read that I could setup my wifi card on my laptop to allow the card a longer connection time with my iPad. After I downloaded the software to my laptop, plugged in the card and opened the program, it recognized the card instantly but did not let me register my card. I went to their website and was still unable to do it. This was not a deal breaker for me.

Keep in mind this card will only transfer JPEG images, not RAW images. Which out of all the wifi cards this one was the best for my styles.

Comments about Eye-Fi 32GB SDHC Mobi Wireless Class 10 Memory Card:

After a small learning curve I found it easy and quick to transfer my shots to iPhone 5. It does not geotag nor can you select the shots you'd like to transfer. That said it will suck up space on the phone quickly, so its best to do small runs and edit on camera before transfer. Otherwise I love it.

I bought this for a Sony RX100 camera I bought for my wife for Christmas. You really need to have either a iPad or Android product to use it effectively. You can use it to download directly to your PC using a BETA program, but it doesn't work particularly well. I'm disappointed.
