This Arca-Swiss quick release plate has two 1/4"-20 camera screws, with one screw adjustable. The distance between the two screws can be adjusted from 27mm to 40mm.
Also compatible with the many other Arca-type quick release systems, e.g. Acratech, Foba, Graff, Wimberley, etc.

I used this plate for 400mm f/5.6, 70-200 2.8 is, and with both lenses this becomes loose after making adjustments with the ball head. It simply doesn't hold on to the tripod collar. I wish it had like a rubberized grip or sg. I was also thinking that maybe I am doing sg wrong, but there is no chance to make adjustments to it.
I am also not getting the idea of the adjustable screws. I had to tighten this so much that I cracked the paint of the tripod collar. It also seems to short not covering the entire area of the tripod collar, another reason why it doesn't have enough grip. I wish there was a better alternative for the arca-swiss ball heads.
I guess it is still a must above 200mm...what can I do?
