This Nimar Underwater Housing and Camera Body Kit
from B&H Photo
bundles the Nimar NI3D5200ZM Underwater Housing and Lens Port with the Nikon D5200 DSLR camera, enabling you to shoot beneath the surface at a maximum depth of 197'. The housing's mechanical controls provide access to essential camera functions, including on/off, info, exposure compensation, aperture, flash, mode dial, command dial, live view, play, menu, multi-selector and OK.
Built for durability, the housing is constructed from corrosion-resistant Bayer Makrolon polycarbonate, which is clear to allow you to monitor the o-ring seal and camera. A flat port with zoom control for the optional AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR lens is supplied. Additional ports are available for wide-angle, fisheye, macro, and zoom lenses. A TTL 5-pin external flash bulkhead connector enables the attachment of optional strobes.
The Nikon D5200 digital SLR camera features a 24.1MP DX-format CMOS sensor and EXPEED 3 image processor for high-resolution photos, Full HD 1080 video recording at 60 fps, exceptional low-light sensitivity to ISO 25600, and fast continuous shooting at up to 5 fps. A 39-point autofocus system enables the D5200 to acquire precise focus quickly across the image frame, and nine cross-type points are centrally located to give even more accurate focusing abilities. Image playback and live view monitoring is possible with the 3.0", 921k-dot LCD monitor, which features tilt and swivel capabilities for better use at high or low angles. For eye-level viewing, a pentamirror optical viewfinder is built in. The camera has the Nikon F lens mount.
