I was loading some shots from my Mini DV Cam into (the now way better than FCP)- Adobe Premiere Pro, when I was having issues with the Camera : horizontal bands, drop outs, not reading time code etc. I thought the Camera was dying and would have to replace it, (which I didn't want to spend the money on, since it's now retired and used only as a deck for archived tapes.) This cleaning tape restored it to normal...now no problems!

This product gives you at least triple the cleaning time as the previous brand I bought from another retailer. I used this on my mini-DV after the other tape didn't do the job, this one did and I have plenty of tape left for future cleanings. Price was great and product was great.

My old Panasonic head cleaner, while intended to last for two run throughs, was no longer effective. THIS Sony head cleaner has improved the video playback quality on my Sony camcorder. And while the Panaosonic had only a two minute long tape, this has more than ten minutes of cleaning tape. So, it will last vastly longer. This is definitely worth the extra cost!
