This is a Pocket Wizard MH1 16" (40.6 cm) straight Household (twin prong) to Miniphone Cable.
Although the Pocket Wizard system allows you to fire your strobe from your camera without a wire between the two, the receiver still needs a wire connection to your power pack or monolight.

This camera strap is well made and distributes the heavy load of a full frame body with longer lenses. Very comfortable.

I had long household to 1/4" and was using an adapter to use my pocket wizards. Sometimes the flash would fire sometimes it wouldn't. Now it always fires.
