    Best Uses

    • Digitizing photos
    • Use with a copy stand

Comments about Delta 1 18% Gray Magnetic Copyboard:

I purchased this product so I would have a movable board for digitizing old photos on my copy stand. The various magnet sizes make it easy to flatten curled edges and don't require the use of glass as a hold-down for most copy applications.

There are holes in each corner if you'd like to attach it to your copy stand, and the screened reference marks make it easy to align photos for copying.

    Useful for photographing prints

Comments about Delta 1 18% Gray Magnetic Copyboard:

I am in the middle of scanning several hundred old photographic prints. For most I'm using a scanner but several were printed on textured papers which reflect the scanner light source and produce distracting patterns.

I'm using this stand to hold the prints flat and vertical so that I can photograph them with cross-polarized lighting to minimize the patterns. The technique and the holder are working very well.
