Theater folks already know that spike tape is really useful bordering on essential. With no theater background I only recently discovered spike tape and will be using it for upcoming concerts I tech for. The light color allows writing on it.

Nice thin strip of gaffer's tape. I mainly use it to tape equipment switches in the off position for travel (speedlights, pocketwizards, etc). Different colors help me ID my gear and remind me to turn it off before packing it away.

I use it simply to mark all my camera equipment. I don't even write on it. I bought the red tape for other gaffe use.

Not much to say for this tape. It works as expected, doesn't leave residue on carpet. We use it to mark floor spots for people to stand at for photo and video shoots. Buy a couple as you'll always run out when you least expect it.

I love gaffe tape, use it on my gear for protection and also for marking my gear. I was looking for some bright colored tape that was thin, and easy to tear. This is perfect, works and sticks pretty well. It's not as strong as the 2" but considering the width it's enough to hold cables, tapes, basic items.
Good bright color will also help out when you need to mark a warning, floor cables, etc.
