The Porta Brace HIP-3 Hip Pack, Large (Signature Blue)is designed to hold a small Mini DV camcorder, tapes and batteries, and other accessories. It can be used either in the belly position or fanny position. The main compartment has a reinforced interior. There is a pocket on the front, a zippered pocket on the top, three front slip pockets, a side pocket and a pocket for your keys. The pack has a wide, quick-release waist belt. A divider for the main compartment is included.

I use it to hold my Leica M6, meter, film, flash, kindle, phone, wallet, pen, note book, keys and snack.
I also use it for my 4x5 tech field camera. It has room for 4x5 film holders, 4x5 Fuji instant back and boxes of film and other bits.
Prefer it to a small messenger style bag. I like the firm sides and the bit of protection it provides.
Looks sort of industrial but Billingham doesn't make a fanny pack. I'm 5'10" and 160lbs and it isn't too big on me.
Little waist pockets are sort of useless for me but could keep a spare bill or two.
