I purchased this grid set to go onto my Quantum T5d-R Flash reflector. The grids came and were not initially apparent on how to attach them. They came with velcro (soft side) riveted around the outside of the grids with a strip of velcro (rough side) around the outside. I placed the grid over the reflector and struggled to attach them with the velcro strip. I assume you arch the velcro over the back and to the other side but this was not a secure way to attach them. The 4 grids together were thick and would not be easy to carry with you in a bag. After sitting with them for a few days I ended up returning them and replacing them with the Quantum Honeycomb grid set which come as a clip-on attachment to the reflector. There were just three grids instead of four but the size of these and the ease of using made them and A+ purchase. I might have even saved a few dollars on the correct grid set. Don't waste your time on this set of grids. They don't attach as they should and would be a headache to use.

These grids are perfect light shapers for the Quantum lights! No apparent way to attach to the Quantum dome, but I read a tip that suggested using the little Goody hair elastics, and that works very well. No down sides to these grids!

The 4 grids direct the light into tighter area. The swing-out clips fit loosely on the Quantum metal reflector, but fits tightly on the Quantum diffuser ring. The swing-out clips are made of spring steel. The clips are hard to swing out at first, so pliers were used to move them in and out. The clips also have sharp corners. Handle the clips with care to prevent slicing your fingers. Still, its a good value for the benefits.
