Pretty easy to work with, though the clips that hold the reflector are far from foolproof with my 5-in-one type reflector with a zipper. The double-ball handle works well but is not glassy smooth. Overall it is exactly what I expected.

The unit itself is fine...it attaches to the lightstand securely, positioning it is fairly easy, etc.. The main problem I have with it is the clips don't hold the 5-in-1 reflector I use (with the zippered cover) very securely. Without the cover on the reflector, the clips work ok.
I would recommend to a friend with the caveat of 'depending on what reflector you plan to use'.

I use this for a microphone stand for field recording, and for lights and reflectors. It is the most compact stand I could find and extends to 8'. It is beautifully made and works perfectly.

Manfrotto quality, but have a feeling that the spring clamps that actually holds the reflector would break to easily, hope I'm wrong. It would probably fit low-end reflectors like Lastolite or Photoflex but high-ends like my CSB disc was a tight fit.

I used this when my assistant (my husband) couldn't come along on my shoot. It worked great, although a sand bag was definitely required to hold the stand in place because of the wind.

I bought this product to hold on to my collapsible reflectors when I am shooting photos. The reflector has flimsy clips that surely wouldn't keep the reflectors in place in any sort of wind. Also, the holder needs to be attached to some sort of stand in order to stay in place, although this is not mentioned in the product details. A stand would need to be purchased separately. Without a stand, and shooting outdoors, this holder is of no use to me.

I bought this as an addition to my "traveling studio" where I only have a light or two. It's very well built, but the clips that hold the reflector don't work all that great, I think it's more of a function of my bargain basement, no brand reflector than of the holder.

First set-up took a minute, and works great.
Light weight, and does collapse to a very reasonable size.
Strong feel at the light stand joint, and at the angle adjust joint.
I believe it will last long.
Easy to adjust angles.
Holding clamp pieces (to the reflector) could be stronger. If it was so, it would be 5 stars.
