Not flimsy. Will last a while. If you need one, pick up several at this price. I have accumulated all manner of adapters over the years and never regretted buying extra while I was there. Besides losing them, sometimes you need an extra. And almost always somebody needs to borrow one. My gig bag contains a section with nothing but adapters. Most nights it doesn't get opened, but when it does, I am the hero. -------- .

Use this to connect my Rode Videomic with my Nikon D300s to obtain stereo and it works like a charm. Immediately could hear the significant improvement in my audio, even just playing it back on the camera itself. A very very cheap solution to obtain stereo.
