The Profoto Grid and Filter Holder is the most versatile accessory for the Profoto Zoom Reflector. This grid holder accepts Profoto grids only. Its unique size aperture makes it incompatible with any other manufacturer's grids.
- Accepts #505-526, #505-527, 505-528 round honeycomb grids
- There is an air space between the filter and the reflector which prevents your gel filter from scorching.
- Besides a Filter-Cassette, there is a diffusion filter included.
- Other filters can be mounted between the light source and this accessory.

I had been considering the smaller reflector Profoto makes for 7" grids or even swapping to the new zoom reflectors that come ready to accept grids, but decided on the tried-and-true grid holder.
I use grids a lot in my work. I like controlling the spill and having concentrated light on my subjects, and this addition to my kit does all of that and holds a gel to boot. That's what sent me to this grid holder. '
I picked up a Rosco Cinegel Sampler Kit and cut all my gels to slip right into the gel holder. Perfect!
If you are a Profoto shooter, spend the money on this grid/gel holder, you won't be disappointed.
