Matthews Sandbag - Empty - 25 lb (Black)
Matthews Sandbags come in a variety of shapes and weights. They are used for securing the bases of light stands and set walls. Many have handles, for hanging on hooks or risers. Some have two wings, to allow draping over light stand legs.
Most are cordura nylon, some are vinyl covered and waterproof. Some models of sandbags are shipped empty, for convenience and economy. They can be filled with sand, or any type of weight you provide, and emptied for storage, or transport.
Note! Empty bags are completely sewn except for a 1" seam, left open for the user to fill and then sew closed.
- The cordura is made out of flame and stain-resistant nylon.
- Matthews employs an additional inner liner of waterproof material in each sandbag to add a heightened degree of durability and safety.
- This sandbag is supplied empty; it weighs 25 lbs (11.4 kg) when filled with sand.

But if you don't have the money just put sand in $1 shopping bag and sow it!

Sent these sandbags back. No way to secure sand inside, two openings, no zippers. Maybe the ones I recieved were defective.

Great to buy it like this as its empty so its easy to transport when you buy it and if you're relocatiing. it also encourages you to go to the beach to fill it up - which has got to be good!
Also you can control how heavy you make it. You dont have to fill it up completely!
