Comments about Raxxess ER-04 Space Economy Rack (Black Oak):
Used to rack mount four 1U low-power servers... placed on the top shelf of my chrome equipment rack, it works well and looks great (neat, clean, modern). As someone mentioned, these are similar to Ikea "assembly required" furniture--it is slightly thicker than the Ikea "Billy" bookshelves I own, and the finish is more durable. If Ikea sold these, they would be about 15% less, but they don't. I'm happy with my purchase since shipping was free. Includes screws to assemble, but not to mount your equipment (need 10-32). The screws from my "Road Runner" effects case were slightly larger (M5?) and didn't fit this rack.

Comments about Raxxess ER-04 Space Economy Rack (Black Oak):
For what this is...a few average slabs particle board (with terribly prepared pilot holes mind you, which ALL needed to be drilled out manually before assembly so the screws would even fit), a handful screws and a pair of rack rails...it's not really worth the price/ shipping. There's nothing revolutionary about the design, it's just an Ikea-esque rack, which costs more than others, that you have to build yourself.
Either Raxxess needs to slash their prices in half or they really need to offer better product.

Comments about Raxxess ER-04 Space Economy Rack (Black Oak):
I'm using this for a small home studio. It was very easy to assemble, a screwdriver is all you need. It's also solid and feels quite sturdy. One thing to note is that it's not solid wood and uses a veneer that in a couple places started to peel during assembly. Not a big deal, but for the price I'd expect slightly better.

This rack was all I needed and putting it together couldn't have been easier. I think it's an excellent piece of equipment.
