I needed a cable that would take independent L & R channels from a mic preamp and input those signals to my 60D. This way I can run 2 mics - a lav and boom - and set their levels separately. It works well. I just wish it had a right angle mini end.

Good sound quality. I bought this with the intention of running the output from my Zoom R16 directly into my GH2. This did work, but I had to be very careful about the output levels on the R16.
I've sense changed my setup to have the R16 output to my H4N and then go to my GH2 through an approved sescom cable for the GH2.

I bought this to use with the Zoom H1 to record live events. So far it works well. I shoot on the 7d and then record sound to the H1, which I connect to the sound board using this guy. Great cord to have in your kit along with an XLR/mini cord, especially for dslr shooting.

using in conjunction with art usb dual pre-amp and zoom h1 for remote audio recording with my dslr. Bought these to avoid adapters.

I use these cables to connect a mixing board to my computer and to connect an electric piano/keyboard to a digital audio recorder. They make it easy to go back and forth from 1/4" mono connections to 3.5mm stereo without adding in a bunch of adapters. The cables are heavy duty, very soft and flexible, and have sturdy molded ends. I'll probably order a couple more to put in my portable audio kit.
