I use this product to reduce the light output of my monolights so that I can get better lighting control at close distances, I often use one or two sheets of this filter material in front of my strobes on boom stands for use as a hairlight or kicker. The material is durable and sufficiently temperature resistant to enable the application to work for a relatively long time. Also, the filter material is relatively inexpensive.
