The Dynalite Grid Spot Holder is used to hold 7" grids in the front of Dynalite RH1050 and MH2050 (1015, 2040 & 2050) flash heads. Grids narrow the spread of light from a flash head, and are sold separately.

Great for narrowing down the 140 degree spread of my Dynalite 2050's! And just about any manufacturer's 7" grids will fit! Great construction, and they will "nest" with each other to take up less space in your location case!

This works with 1050 and 2040 heads very nicely. I have a couple in my studio when I need to use honeycomb grids. I think that's pretty much the only use for this product.

Dyna-Lite Grid Spot Holders are the gateway to more control of your Dyna-Lite strobes. They allow attachment of 10, 20, 30 and 40 degree 7" grids that provide much more control over light direction and spill than any available snoot. Gels are easily accommodated too. Adding a Grid Spot Holder is the key to advanced strobe-lit photographs.
