Dry-Lam Colortac Dry Mounting Tissue is hard to beat when it comes to a universal, general purpose dry mount tissue for pro and amateur use.
For photographers, this paper works well with either resin coated or fiber based prints. For hobbyists, it is an excellent choice for scrapbooks or the general preservation of papers and artwork. The lasting bond is removable by simply reheating the item to 200°.

Works reasonably well with my 40 year old Seal Dry Mounting Press with temperature set at 180 deg F, but not much higher or lower.
