This is the ONLY full-size easel that gets it right. It's light-weight aluminum (no fast-breaking plastic), doesn't have annoying twist-tube legs to collapse in mid-presentation, and it protects prepared flip charts for years--even with extensive travel. To stand it up, flip the legs out of their keepers and the legs lock automatically when they're extended. When you're done, squeeze the tab over each hinge and voila! The legs fold and snap into keepers. (Carrying hint: 1. Remove paper pad and fold the easel's legs. 2. Turn the pad so the cardboard faces out and return it to the easel. Strap a bungee around the bottom of the pad from one leg to the other so it will hug the easel. 3. Carry the easel horizontally, with the pad toward you. The center leg makes a great handle.)
