Delta 1 Muslin Mover Single Wall 16' System - NO Curved Section
The Delta Muslin Mover System comes in several different sizes. It is a ceiling mounted system. Ever visit someone in the hospital? Have you seen those ceiling curtains that get drawn every time they do something private to a patient? That's the system.
The Muslin Mover attaches to regular, or drop ceilings, or to walls, with optional L Brackets. Backgrounds are attached to smooth traveling carriers that are dual-wheeled, and made of nylon. It compresses 10 ft backgrounds to as little as 18 inches, depending on the thickness of the material you decide to use.
It does not come with muslin, or any other background. You provide that. What is DOES come with: straight and curved track sections, one carrier, and one clip for every foot of track ordered.
The Muslin Mover comes in Single, Two, Three Wall Systems, complete with curved and straight track sections. They are also available in a complete Oval System.
- This is a 1-wall system.
- Hang one or more backgrounds on the same track, depending on the size of the studio.
- Allow rapid changing of cloth backgrounds, without climbing ladders, or rolling up previous backgrounds.
- Single, and curved sections may be ordered separately, to totally customize your setup.
- Additional packs of carriers and clips may also be ordered.

this rack system isn't very friendly to put up. I don't know how it could mount to drop down ceiling. You will have to drill through the aluminum before you bolt it to a bracket. I bought everything at the hardware store. It was definitely a pain and no instructions. Once it is up it is very nice and convenient.

This is heavy duty and movers sliders easily along the rail. I have a lighter duty system that looks very dinky compared to this one. Definitely this is the way to go. I have it on 10 ft. high ceilings and it works like a charm.

You need to be good with drills and have help to install this track, You have to drill the holes thru the metal tracks and into your ceiling/wall. If you don't hit studs you have to drill big holes for sinkers in your ceiling. There are no screws included.

Used to hold multiple smaller backdrops and easily spread one of them out to shoot against. It was fairly easy to install and rollers travel smoothly. I haven't used it enough to get into great detail, so I haven't found any cons as of yet.

Essential for studios, especially smaller areas where space is a concern. Will free up space that is normally taken up by BG stands and muslin and BGs can be easily moved in and out of position.
