Comments about Shure M35X DJ Turntable Cartridge:
I bought this after reviewing many other cartridges and needles. I found that this was a great choice for even those who need a reliable cartridge for their turntable at home. Despite this being utilized by DJs for Techno music, the bass production was as expected, nice and deep while still maintaining highs in all kinds of music. The sound was even throughout and minimized skips very well. Even older records track very well. I am using this in a Sony PS-X40 from 1979.
The only thing I could say that was a negative is that the screws were almost not long enough. That's extremely minor though. It fit on my standard headshell very well.
