IT IS ALL PLASTIC, AND THE LOCKING RING STRIPPED ON THE CENTER TUBE THE FIRST TIME I USED IT.
IT IS NOW TOTALLY USELESS !!!!!!!
I WILL NO LONGER BUY BUSHNELL EVER !!!!!!
