not much to say, works as advertised and is solidly built..the rotation is a bit tight, aven after loosening the set screws all the way. if it were less expensive it would have received 4 stars

I bought this to go with the Bowens Octa. It works for that but not great. It keeps the big octa in place on the flash but won't lock in (at least no click) and it seems like the metal used is cheaper quality than what Bowens makes (though the Bowens speed ring won't work for the octa). Still, i don't know of any other options for the Wescott octa on a bowens strobe.
