    Comments about 48" Reflector - Silver/White:

All collapsible reflectors are NOT the same, this Lastolite 48" can't hold it's shape under it's own weight …and that's inside my studio. After it arrived I immediately ordered the 52" Photoflex Litedisc and compared them side by side, no question the Photoflex is a superior product that performs as expected. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy this product if you will ever use it without a reflector holder.

    Comments about 48" Reflector - Silver/White:

This was replacing a 52" less expensive generic named reflectors that was much sturdier. Did purchase the Tri grip from the same company and like it much better. Still would have like to seen stiffer wire in the reflector. Can make it work by clipping something stiff to hold it open.

      Comments about 48" Reflector - Silver/White:

This thing is big. So big in fact, that you can't hold it flat without it drooping or having someone else hold it. I rarely use it horizontally though (mostly vertical or on an angle), so it isn't normally an issue. If you want to bounce some light for portraits, products, etc, you can't go wrong here. No color casts. It is made with high-quality construction, and the bag is heavy duty as well. Best reflector brand out there by far.

          Comments about 48" Reflector - Silver/White:

The Lastolite 48" reflector - it doesn't have to do much and it does it very well. It provides good balanced reflection and coverage, the carrying case is durable, and the price is right. It is as easy as that.

            Comments about 48" Reflector - Gold/White:

We use this reflector in-studio as well as outdoors, for fill. This is larger than what we've used in the past. We may need a better holder for outside, our little stand has a tendency to tip over. It creates a softer fill with the gold side giving warmer overall tones. Great product.
