I bought two bags before this and the didn't fit my needs and eventually went with this one. The bags were ThinkTank Airport Security v2 & Lowepro x300. Neither of them fit all my equipment and they both had things that were not acceptable to my needs.

I have managed to fit the following gear into this bag with easy access to each item:

    >>
    1) Canon 5D MK III.
    2) Canon 70-200 f2.8 IS II.
    3) Canon 24-70 f2.8 with hood attached.
    4) Canon 17-40 f4 L
    5) Canon 100 Macro L with hood reversed.
    6) Sigma 35 f1.4 with hood attached.
    7) Sigma 85 f1.4 with hood attached.
    8) Canon 430ex II
    9) Canon 580ex II
    10) Canon 600ex
    11) YN 560 II
    12) Macro extension tubes
    13) Meike Macro ring flash
    14) Three external power packs for my speedlights
    15) three stofen diffuser caps for my speedlights
    16) Magnus DXM-250 4-Section Aluminum Monopod
    17) Impact Strobros Beauty Dish (6" Dia x 5" deep)
    18) Four Yongnuo YN-622C speedlight triggers attached to flash stands.
    19) Assorted gear in the pockets (flashlight, multi-tool, batteries, camera trigger, cards, filters, ..etc)

    >>
    1) 10 ft USB tethering cable.
    2) RapidPro strap.

    >>
    1) Rogue Flashbender Large with the optional diffuser.
    2) 32" 5-in-1 reflector

    **Things I liked**
    - Big tough wheels
    - Deep main compartment (i have my 70-200 standing vertical)
    - thick airy cushions.
    - decent size padded front pocket with zipper.
    - main compartment door will stay in an angle according to your liking (customizable strap)
    - Sturdy telescopic handle (has minimal wiggle). Much better than the TT & lowepro.

    **Things I didn't like**
    - Cheap feeling handles that are rough on hands unlike the cushioned ones on both the lowepro and TT bags. It's really annoying to lift up even for seconds when all my equipment is there. For the premium amount that i paid for this bag, i expect the handles to be of high quality!

    **Other Thoughts**
    - I wasn't happy with the zippers' quality in comparison to the TT which is $120 cheaper.
    - Again for the price i'm paying, i expected this bag to have some sort of security lock like the ones found on the TT & lowepro.

I wish I could give this product 5 stars due to its size and good quality built. Basically, all my camera equipment fits nicely inside. I take it everywhere but, unfortunately, it is too large to fit inside the overhead compartment of a plane or under the seat. Something to keep in mind if you decide to buy it. I wish could take it inside the plane. I have $15,000.00 in camera equipment inside this stretched limo and wouldn't trust sending it with luggage in the baggage hold. So that takes a star off from me since I do travel and like to take my camera equipment with me everywhere I travel but, if you are on road trips is pretty good to have everything within reach. However, my biggest pet peeve is that when rolling, it tends to become wobbly and unstable causing it to overturns often so there goes another star. When it overturns due to its wobbliness and instability, it can easily sprain your wrist or arm. Please note that with size, comes weight, it is as large as it is heavy if you carry a large amount of equipment which the bag is designed to do, an sudden overturn can be painful while attempting to keep the rolling bag from crashing into the ground. I think that the narrowness of the bag and the height couple with the somewhat very small wheels makes this product difficult to carry around. I am happy with it since it holds all my equipment but, rely on other camera bags to travel and move equipment around. This bag is not everyone and you should not buy unless you really have a lot of equipment to carry around.

I am a wedding photographer, and I needed a large rolling box that could hold all of my equipment. I outgrew my last roller. This is an expensive bag but worth the cost. It holds everything... two DSLRs, 6 lenses, 4 flashes, 3 zumbrellas, and a variety of miscellaneous items (chargers, AA batteries, compact flash card holders, etc.). I have no complaints about this bag so far. It is built to last, roomy, and has great wheels for those off-road pictures in a park.

This is only my second Tamrac and I love this bag. I upgraded from the Expedition 8 which I have had for 8 years now and has served me well but I quickly out grew. This Bad Boy holds everything and has room for me to grow. The top pocket won't hold a tablet but bottom will. It's also very deep which is a plus. Also the wheels were the biggest seller for me I can't find any other roller that has such meaty off road style wheels.

I got my 694lp4 tamrac. Not happy at all.I am using 3 times a week. Not heavy thing inside. After 2 weeks it is nose diving.I have to think to fix(add some metal and 3rd handle)myself. They should put 3rd handle under the box,i mean between the rollers. That will help to pick the box ballanced and put in the trank or any place.I have Lowepro, using olmost 5 years.Lowepro i used for my video and accsessories.Stil working.....no problem.I AM ABUSING MY LOWEPRO.Tamrac 694 lp4 rolling strongbox is not worth any money(not even [$]).Why because i didn't use even one month.I am ready to provide the Tamrac company the pictures(i they want).I wish they find me.I don't like to rate even one star for this. But no choice,it's required.I feel i am looser.

I use this to transport 5 - Paul C Buff Einstein lights, with all cables, radios, reflectors, speedrings, gels, 2 battery backs and more. My camera equipment has migrated to an Ultra Pro 17 which now rides "Piggy Back" atop the Strongbox.

I've used Think Tank and Lowepro bags in the past, and find Tamrac to have that well thought out, raw functionality and durability the others seem to lack - especially in the bigger bags. This one is built like a tank, no gimmicks.

                  Highly recommended.

I own a Canon backpack, one small Tamrac shoulder bag, one large Tamrac shoulder bag, and now this rolling case. Don't buy this UNLESS you have to haul a lot of stuff: 2 cameras, 4 lenses, 3-4 speedlights, a reflector, cords, cables, filters, and maybe a small person! Very easy to use w/ great wheels, a lid that stays open at appox, 70-80 degrees from the ground, and tons of space. Good, sturdy handle, too! Everything you've come to expect from Tamrac.

We use this case for our wedding location lighting kit. Two Quantum heads and batteries, one Dedolight, radio slaves, cords, everything in one place!

Too large for carry on. Holds 2 bodies and an assortment of lenses. Has a pocket for a laptop as well.
