The one "blade" that isn't included with the cutter, what it does is score paper so that it can be folded easily -- and it does a great job of it. My wife is a book artist, and she scores the old-fashioned way, with a straightedge and a bone folder; this makes scoring cards and other similar things as automatic as cutting on this cutter. Same plastic container that protects fingers (although this is not sharp -- it just presses a fold-line in the paper, it doesn't cut it), and 2 of these fit with the other 8 blades in the plastic box in the onboard storage compartment.

We purchased three of your CAK30 - Carl #K30 Scoring Blade. These things could not cut a piece of paper. None of the blades are sharpened. The edge is totally flat, even though the package says "blade is very sharp, do not touch". Now I have to try to send them all back and no one is even at the store.
