The Porta Brace {MODEL} Hiker Pro Backpack Camera Case (Signature Blue) is designed for lighter weight camcorders up to approximately 20", such as: Canon XL-H1, JVC GY-HM700, Panasonic AG-HMC40, Sony PDW-EX3 or similar size camcorders with battery, lens and accessories. The case is made from water-resistant 1000 denier Cordura nylon with a closed-cell foam padded interior, hollow core interior plastic frame and a divider kit that includes one 5.0 x 9.0" ridged divider and two 5.0 x 2.75" semi-ridged dividers. There are exterior tie down straps for light stands or tripods. The bag is carried by handle or hideaway backpack straps with a removable waist strap.

I use this bag for a JVC GY700. There is plenty of both space and padding to secure this camera. I'm still finding pockets. An unexpected surprise after opening the bag was a nice built in flashlight in one of the pockets. Definitely a wise investment.
