Comments about Konus T-2 T-Mount SLR Camera Adapter for Canon EOS:

I used this with a 127mm Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope (Orion). The mount screwed directly into the back of the telescope, and then I attached the camera. I was able to focus on bright subjects (turtles in straw grass under sunlight) using the Canon's viewfinder. I think the screws in the mount would allow rotation of the camera, but I haven't tried them yet. I haven't gotten around to getting the right camera control software installed on the computer yet, and the tripod was kind of flimsy, so the pictures were a little blurry, not to mention taken through a window, and no mirror lock-up. But, they're better than the hand-held 300mm lens I was using, so I'm happy. Perhaps I'll try it on Astronomical objects someday.
