Comments about Otto Engineering 2 Wire Palm Microphone (Black):
Works great for us. We wear jump suits so all the wires fit neatly under our clothes with no hanging wires. Options for speaking using your collar tab or hand is helpful. These things are the real deal. Just like the secret service. Best to get separate earpieces if more than one person is using the same unit. The only drawback might be that the wires could be cumbersome if your wearing lighter clothes.
