Ilford Rapid Fixer (Liquid)500ml
Ilford Rapid Fixer is a non-hardening rapid fixer supplied as a liquid concentrate that is diluted with water for use.
It is easy and convenient to use in the temperature range of 18°C (66°F) for fixing black and white film and paper in all manual and machine processing applications.
Ilford Rapid Fixer must not be used with fix hardeners.
The fixing agent in Ilford Rapid Fixer is ammonium thiosulphate, and contains no sodium thiosulphate (hypo).

As with all Ilford products, this one is great. It took the whole bottle for the one workshop that I led, but that's ok because now I don't have to worry about it sitting around and going bad. I would have liked to see all three of the chemicals (Developer, stop bath, and fixer) to be more consistent in dilutions and bottle sizes.

I only use ilford chemicals I recently built a small darkroom and remembered great results from my high school and university days. Its easy to mix and always gives great results.

I love this fixer, its easy to mix and flexible. Several times in public darkrooms I've opted to use this fixed over the one provided because of its reliability. It also has a low odor and great stability, pretty much the only one ill use, along with Ilford film
