Comments about Olympus 8x21 Roamer DPC I Binocular:

I got 2 pairs of these for my kiddos, and they are a great little glass. Very small, very bright, easy to use. I will totally be borrowing these for events. They bottom line is they perform above their price point. Are they going to replace a good set of porros, no. However, they have fairly low CA, and for a 21mm objective are brighter than I expected. Don't expect miracles, but they are very good for the money.

Comments about Olympus 8x21 Roamer DPC I Binocular:

Purchased to replace my wife's 8X20 Nikon Travelite. She was especially fond of the tiny size & light weight of the Nikon, but they were drowned in a canoing accident, and Nikon's smallest Travelites, 8X25, are significantly bulkier & heavier. These Olympus binos are if anything even lighter, totally pocketable, the optical quality and FOV are very good, and for the price they are an absolute steal. The only shortcoming: they don't focus as close as I would like, but then, I prefer the Pentax Papilios.
