This product looks simple enough, but when the electrician installed it, we noticed that not all the letters showed up. The closer we looked, we saw that the wires from inside the light block parts of the letters. However, there is nowhere else for the wiring to go.
We thought the light would look great and serve as a signal that we were "on air." What we've found is that we're almost embarrassed to turn it on because it looks cheap and unprofessional.
