Photoflex Nylon Fabric Grid for Small (3') OctoDome
This is a Photoflex Nylon Fabric Grid for the Small (3') OctoDome. This grid limits the light spread from your softbox to 40°. It fastens to the recessed front of the softbox via touch fasteners.
Grids are essential accessories for any lighting system. A grid alters the shape and intensity of the light output from your softbox when it is mounted on a light head. Consider a grid as a painter would a brush, or a sculptor would a knife, or chisel.

Seems to be of good quality, durable.
Haven´t had the chance to use it that much just yet, but for the price it seems great! Can´t imagine that the ones costing two or three times as much could be that much better.

I recently purchased 2 of the 3' fabric grids and 1- 7'fabric grids for my OctoDomes.
They are well constructed and work extremely well at keeping the large soft source of these lights focused on my subject while keeping spill light from hitting the background.

This does a great job narrowing light from 3' octaboxes. It attaches easily and securely to the Photoflex Octodome and works flawlessly. Nice carrying case.
