Comments about Westcott Fast Flags Scrim Kit:
Well presented in a practical bag the flag kit is a well designed & made lighting necessity for discerning photographers. The flag bearers are medium weight; easily folded and quickly deployed to provide a robust frame (two are included) for the scrims. The scrims are particularly well made and finished. The velcro sleeves into which the frame arms are inserted are of quality construction and look & feel to be durable as is the Velcro finished base which secures and pulls the scrim tight on the frame. One set of these might not be enough or perhaps best bought in both sizes offered. Another quality Westcott product that I have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Comments about Westcott Fast Flags Scrim Kit:
The only thing I can say about this kit is I need instruction to get the kit to work. This was my first time using the kit, and I had no clue what I was doing. This was for a class project. I just wish the kit would have came with some type of directions.

very nice but the end is stitched so that there will be a line if you try to feather it.

Comments about Westcott Fast Flags Scrim Kit:
While super convenient to take on location without a full grip department, the single and double nets are almost useless... the design prevents an open side, so you get odd shadows on a face if you are trying to feather in a net in to the forehead or something like that. If you are looking for an overall effect, a scrim would do the job!
After use on one feature, the grips bent the frames, too. The silk seems very strong, and a lighter diffusion might be worthwhile.
That said, you can't beat the portability. If that is your mission, these are okay.

Comments about Westcott Fast Flags Scrim Kit:
This kit is quick to put together and rolls up tight so I can toss it in my Arri kit. I'm just afraid I'm going to bend something.
