Quik-Lok's MP840 Fixed Size Tapered Mic Holder (Rubber) holds your mic firmly without scratching it. It also releases your microphone with a minimum of noise. The Mic Holder fits standard 5/8" (1.6 cm) threaded microphone stands and works with many popular mics.

The clip shipped to me was hard plastic, not rubber. B&H offered to take it back but it was not worth the hassle.

This mic clip worked well, but it has plastic threads and is lightly made. If you need a sturdy work-horse clip don't count on this one! As a back up it is fine.
