Comments about Lowel DP One-Light Kit:

This is a great light for small independent filmakers. The stand is of very good quality compared to similiar products that I've purchased in the past. Does get extremely hot but that is expected. Could use more info/warnings about source voltage and alike

Comments about Lowel DP One-Light Kit:

Using this is a variety of ways, but mostly for background lighting. It works beautifully and I've achieved some dramatic results in conjunction with gels and Lightbreaks. It gets really hot though, but I knew this going in. It takes a bit longer to cool down that I thought initially. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend it.

I'm a professional videographer and used this product on our last remote interview and it was better than what we were expecting. Extremely versatile, easy to transport and a snap to set-up.

Lowell lights are greatly under appreciated. This is one of the most versatile lights I've ever used. Light Intensity can shift 16 stops just by focusing.

Comments about Lowel DP One-Light Kit:

This lamp is what it is. It is an amazing work horse, it is not a precision Arri or Mole lamp, but the price is right. Great as key for interviews maybe too strong at 1000w. I recommend a 750w or less lamp for this unit in offices. The focus adjustment is much better than the adjustment on the Omni units. Amazing punch at 1K for flooding a stage at a distance or for that high contrast film nori look.
