Comments about Hosa Technology STX802M 8-Channel 1/4" Phone to 3-Pin XLR Snake Cable - 6.6' (2 m):
I use this to hook up my Tascam 1800 recording interface to my live sound setup to eliminate the need to constantly rewire when switching from practice/live show to recording or documenting ideas for arrangement. The length was perfect for keeping my setup compact and easy to adjust for either scenario.

Comments about Hosa Technology STX802M 8-Channel 1/4" Phone to 3-Pin XLR Snake Cable - 6.6' (2 m):
I use this product when filming shows and I want to mix the audio later in post (I take direct outs or submixes from the board). Works great and helps keep things organized and simple when interfacing.
It does what it needs to - and that is convert between xlr and trs connection types... but I was disappointed to see that while there is color coding, there aren't numbers associated with the labels of each channel.
I have another snake that has numbers and I really like it as a feature. That is my main complaint.
