Comments about Amherst Media Book: Heavenly Bodies: The Photographer's Guide to Astrophotography:
About all this book does is outline the problems a novice astrophotographer may encounter. Most of these were the ones I learned about the first time I went out with my camera at night. There is very little guidance as to how one can deal with these problems.
