Lowel lights are pretty simple but real workhorses. I bought an old Omni light to add to my kit of other Omnis, Totas & pro lights & it wasn't working. So I simply replaced the socket & viola' it works now.
Not hard to do, especially if you have other Omni lights to look at when re-assembling.
