This Remote Audio Stereo Mini Phone Male to 2 XLR Female Y-Cable is a return Y-cable. For the Sound Devices 302 it can be used to feed two Lectro Receivers (or any receiver with XLR outputs) to the return jack, creating channels 4 & 5.

In professional Location sound for video, I've been having to calibrate my mixer to 1/8'' headphone sized inputs for remote video recorders and DSLRs mainly. It's such a small unprofessional system that I always have issues with the cables, connectors and adapters. So I thought I would buy a [$] converter cable that I seldom see on the market from some of my favorite cable makers, Remote Audio. Sure enough, I go to calibrate my mixer output to some nano Flash recorder and the Left channel of this cable is not working correctly.
