The Lowel Complete 4 Leaf Barndoor Set for the Omni Light includes a frame with two rectangular and two triangular leaves, all expandable. It rotates 360° and holds up two Lowel Omni accessories.
Barndoors narrow the beam spread of a light fixture. They help create a 3-dimensional look to a lighting scheme by placing light in a specific area, or by keeping it away.

Must have with Omni light
Lets you control your lights more. Definitely a must have even if using it for flood to control any spill. Attaches securely but comes off easily as well, but you shouldn't be touching them...Read complete review

Good but not as solid as I hoped
A bit flimsy but does work. Wonder how long it will last?

Good light control. A few little parts that I am worried might get bent up a bit.

What can I say, it does what it says. Let's face it, Lowell lighting is farily cheezy and if it lasts a few years I'm happy.

Comments about Lowel Complete 4 Leaf Barndoor for Omni Light:
Barndoors are absolutely necessary if you are going to purchase an omni, so just get the 4@mn things. They are of course good for shaping light and minimizing it. They are also the product on which to hang foil, so that you don't end up covering the exhaust vent and blowing up your light. If you are serious, just get it.

Comments about Lowel Complete 4 Leaf Barndoor for Omni Light:
Great barn door, lightweight and accommodates for the Lowel filters. The only thing is that the attachment is so so. Wouldn't let that sway you from buying, but they are no mole barndoors.

Comments about Lowel Complete 4 Leaf Barndoor for Omni Light:
A pair of these Lowel barndoors came with my Lowel Interview Three-Light Kit (w/Soft Case) -- do a search for "B&H # LOOTK". My main use will be film shoots and photography work.
These are pretty decent quality barndoors for the Lowel Omni-Light price-point. There's a good amount of flexibility in terms of mounting one or two possible accessories at the same time. I made a seperate purchase of a Lowel half scrim, full scrim and a glass diffuser.
More flexible features are the full 360° rotation of the barndoors and all the doors expand open even further for more light shaping abilities.
I have no complaints. Remmeber to wear gloves as the lights get really, really hot and heat up the barndoors considerably.

These barn doors work flawlessly with the Lowel Omni Light. Not surprising because they are made by Lowel. The metal the 'doors' are made out of is a bit flimsy though and I suspect they will eventually get bent.

What can I say, the Omni is a great versatile light, but to really control it you need barn doors. These fit perfectly & fold flat on the light for easy storage & transportation.
I would buy it again if I needed to.

You have to get one of these for the omni light. It's pricey but sturdy as heck and you'll need this for control. I'm always pleasantly surprised to open a lowel box and be reminded of how well built everything is!

To light a poetry reading in a New York apartment an Omni light with a 300 watt bulb balanced a soft fluorescent two-tube fixture that was the main 3/4 key. These barn doors offer a lot of control since each one has adjustable blades so one can closely shape the shaft of light and prevent spill in a small space.
