This product is a great way to protect your LCD screen from scratches and fingerprints. It is easy to snap into place and still give you a good view of the image that you just captured.
This only downfall is that if you frequently remove this, the plastic element that snaps it into place becomes loose and it is easily lost.
But I would always replace, as I wouldn't want my LCD to be naked out in the world of photography.

I might be an old lady but for a few bucks I'd rather not scratch the screen when I dump my gear in a backpack or saddlebag or luggage. Perfect fit and nicer than the cheap ones on the auction sites. Genuine Nikon!

I can't tell you how many of these plastic covers I've lost over time. My last Car Show photo shoot ended in yet another trampled piece. I was fortunate enough to find this here at B&H. I think they carry it all and then some. I bought a few extra assuming the worse until I came across the eFILM cover. Seems to be the ultimate fix to a poor Nikon design.

A must have item for the active in motion photagrapher. We are all carefull with what our lens may hit while moving about and handling the camera but may forget about the LED screen. It does not take much to scratch out crack the screen.
