These speakers sound great! I used (4) of these speakers with the Yamaha EMX-212S powered mixer. There was plenty of power and great sound coming out of these, considering the price.
Also, these speakers are rated at 6 ohms and the mixer was rated at 4 ohms. However, there were no issues hooking up and using 4 speakers at once. You do have to get 2 phone jack connectors and 2 Speakon connectors to hook up all 4 speakers to the Yamaha EMX-212S.

I have a pair of these on the back patio area of my house and they are exactly what I wanted. Awesome sound at normal volume levels (a little tinny when too quiet).
Speakers come with simple mounting brackets. Total install time if wires are there is less than 15 minutes.
Would highly recommend to anyone with the room to mount them (as they are fairly large to be listed as bookshelf).
