We use this a our church so that we don't have to deal with everyones PC connecting to our system. THey put the presentation on our PC and use the "clicker". Plenty of range, signal not blocked by people or things. Only wish it had an "enter" button.

Comments about Smk-link VP4150 Remotepoint Navigator RF Remote Presenter for PowerPoint:
This remote clicker works great in all of our meeting spaces, including the large showroom that we have here on property. It has a solid construction, simple user interface for even the most ignorant guest. My only con is that it seems to be a little costly, but work every penny. My only con for this is that it does not have an internal storage to place the USB stick, but to make up for that they include a very great quality soft case to keep the remote and receiver in.

Comments about Smk-link VP4150 Remotepoint Navigator RF Remote Presenter for PowerPoint:
This remote control unit is superb--easy to install; easy to operate; and highly reliable. I am not a techie, so this is a perfect tool for me. Has all of the critical functionality that you want with PPT remote control units--advancing slide forward or backward, blanking (white) the screen, and a laser pointer. Moreover, you can point the unit anywhere and it will advance the slide. You have to point many other units either directly towards the screen, or towards the LCD projector. With this unit, you can point it at your head and it will work! Lastly, the price is right. What more could you want?

I just bought the forth one. Song leader for my church using ppt slide,Presenter must not fail or congregation is lost. Also use for class teaching.Other less expensive presenters failed sooner or later--not this one. I bought my first one over three years ago--it has never missed a beat. These also work perfect when using two at a time intergrating music with the minister and his sermon

Comments about Smk-link VP4150 Remotepoint Navigator RF Remote Presenter for PowerPoint:
This devise worked as expected on both MAC and PC operating systems with out any problem. Good range. There is a blank screen feature on the remote than must be function built into Power Point. It is linked to the "down" button on the remote and work without any setup. I didn't know that was an option in Power Point (I always build blank slides in the the presentation where I need them). It will come in handy

Comments about Smk-link VP4150 Remotepoint Navigator RF Remote Presenter for PowerPoint:
I purchased this remote for our church because I wanted a remote that was reliable, simple and well-built. That was about ten years ago. It is still going strong. I like the large forward and reverse buttons that give a feeling of a "click" when you press so the operator is assured that the slide advanced without having to always turn and look at the screen.
Now, when I was asked to purchase a second remote, there was no hesitation what brand I was going to buy. The price may be a bit higher than many other brands, but I feel the quality and reliability is well worth it.

Comments about Smk-link VP4150 Remotepoint Navigator RF Remote Presenter for PowerPoint:
This unit is perfect for us because we have a large number of staff members who need to do presentations and no training is needed to operate the remote. Very simple and easy to use so the presenter can concentrate on giving the presentation and not worry that they will mess up the slide show in the process. The laser pointer built into the unit is a big plus.

Comments about Smk-link VP4150 Remotepoint Navigator RF Remote Presenter for PowerPoint:
This is a great device for use with PowerPoint. You don't have to be in line of sight because it's RF instead of IR. Solidly built. In the classroom I would say that this device is essential.

Comments about Smk-link VP4150 Remotepoint Navigator RF Remote Presenter for PowerPoint:
We had lost the receiver part of this so had to replace the whole thing -- it would be nice to just have been able to get the needed part -- either way, the color was worn off the old pointer so we decided to go ahead and replace it. We use it for Powerpoint and it's excellent. Large enough to hold comfortably without feeling like you might drop it, controls are easy to "feel for" without seeing them.

Comments about Smk-link VP4150 Remotepoint Navigator RF Remote Presenter for PowerPoint:
Easy to use and install; long-range operation; no interference with other wireless devices yet; USB auto-configured easily without any operator input; laser pointer could be a bit more powerful but handy non-the-less.
Comments about Smk-link VP4150 Remotepoint Navigator RF Remote Presenter for PowerPoint:
User-Friendly.
But laser point is too small.
